Compliance *

I understand that, upon arrival at De Brauw venues, I may have to sign a NDA as part of customary compliance.

Professionals' Training *

The training is a MPC test to check whether you are up to date with the rulebook and applicable rules. This will take a few minutes of your time.

I understand that, before I can participate in any round, I have to complete the mandatory training for professionals.

Liability *

I understand that participating in this event is at my own expense and the organization cannot be held liable for reimbursement of costs, including in the unlikely event of cancellation or changes that conflict with my availability to participate.

To organize and administer the IBMC, we will collect and process the personal information you provide (such as your name, contact details, professional background, and role preference). This is necessary for scheduling, communication, logistics, and your participation in the competition. We may also contact you about future editions or related IBMC initiatives. Your data will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the GDPR.

Public Visibility & Media Consent *

During the IBMC, photographs and video recordings may be taken for promotional and communication purposes, including use on the IBMC website, social media channels, and future event materials. The IBMC will also use the personal information acquired through this form for publication on the IBMC website. Providing consent for any of these purposes is entirely voluntary and does not affect your eligibility to participate.
